Additional Tips to Stay Cool While Sleeping
Cool pillows go a long way to helping you stay cool overnight. Our heads generate and hold a lot of heat, so using one of the pillows above to cool your head is a smart move.
There are some other things you can do however to try and keep the temperature down in your bedroom, try the following:
Setup a Breeze
Creating a breeze with an open window or a fan is a great way to circulate air and cool down your bedroom. Not ideal in humid conditions and there are some other drawbacks like noise from outside and inconsistent temperatures.
Use Lighter Bedding
Double check you’re using the lightest possible sheets and a low tog quilt. Sheets made from natural fibers tend to be the most breathable and make the difference by reducing your core temperature a few degrees. Bamboo is an interesting material that I recommend checking out.
I hope I’ve covered enough cool pillows and tips to help you keep cool in the summer months and have better quality, uninterrupted sleep.
You can find a cold pillow that meets your requirements I’m sure. The five in this article cover a few different styles and material types. They are all excellent pillows, but it’s going to come down to personal at the end of the day.
